New Zealand raised and trained, Jess is a graduate of the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Auckland. She joins Eden Dental Centre after working across clinics in Whangarei and West Auckland. Jess covered Lisa as her locum in 2023 and has become a permanent member of staff in 2024. She tells us she is loving her time at Eden Dental- both the patients and the team are making her feel welcome! Jess loves the versatility of general dentistry - the artistry that comes with restorative and cosmetic dentistry comes easily to Jess who has always been artistic in nature. Her patients often compliment her down-to-earth, gentle, and informative approach to treatment which Jess believes helps reach the best treatment outcomes for her patients. Whether it is just for a quick fix or life-long care, Jess will happily guide you through the treatment options to best suit your needs. Furthering her studies has always been a priority for Jess and she is proud to have completed her Primary Dental Sciences Examination with Excellence in 2021. Outside of work Jess is less of a nerd and enjoys hikes, the beach, and being a foodie. Jess is a member of The New Zealand Dental Association, Auckland Dental Association and The Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS).
