Covid-19 Update from Eden Dental Centre

We would like to update everyone regarding our current coronavirus protocol. By now, everyone is aware of the progression the coronavirus has taken worldwide and the measures taken to attempt to mitigate the disruption to everyone’s lives.

  • We are constantly researching the best measures and protocols for coronavirus and will update you.
  • We maintain our stringent sterilisation and cleaning procedures as per the recommended protocol.
  • In addition to this, our reception and clinical staff have increased the frequency of Common Area wipe downs with hospital grade disinfectant regularly throughout the day in the reception and clinical areas.

We ask that you call to reschedule your appointment if any of the following apply:

  • If you have ANY of these symptoms: fever, dry persistent cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, muscle aches. (Please contact either your GP or Healthline on 0800 358 5453 if you have any of the above listed symptoms.)
  • Travelled back from ANY overseas destination within the last 14 days
  • Had close contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having coronavirus
Thank you for your understanding. Government recommendations are changing on a daily basis and we will need to change our protocol accordingly. We will continue to update our patients as information comes to hand.
