COVID-19 Dental Treatment Updates

Posted by:

ALERT LEVEL 3 UPDATE 17 AUGUST 2020

We continue to be closed, except for dental emergencies, while Auckland is at Alert Level 3 (until 26 August or as advised).

We are able to treat emergency patients only (under strict hygiene and PPE guidelines).

If you have issues you are concerned about, such as broken or sensitive teeth, gum infections or similar, please contact us by email edendentalcentre@gmail.com or phone 09 373 5141 and listen to the message. Feel free to contact Lisa Wadsworth or Tania Stuart whose cellphone numbers are on the answerphone, for advice.

Last but by no means least, your health and safety, and also that of the Eden Dental Centre staff is of the utmost importance. Wherever possible we will be maintaining social distancing and keeping any movement outside the treatment room contactless. When it comes to urgent treatment creating aerosols we will be wearing personal protective equipment.

Some treatments may incur an extra fee to cover the cost of the PPE which we must wear to protect ourselves and you, our patients. This fee will be discussed with you before you come in for treatment.

Once an appointment has been scheduled we will discuss how your visit will look so you know what to expect.

We thank you for your patience and understanding in what has been and will continue to be a challenging time for all of us.

Kindest regards and please stay safe
